The Order of the Fallen Star ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Neural Citadel web application and Discord bot. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service.

When you authenticate via Discord OAuth2, we collect and store the following data:

• Discord User ID
• Discord username and display name
• Discord profile avatar URL
• Server nickname (if set in our guild)
• Guild role assignments (used to determine your OFS rank and banner)
• Guild join date

Through bot interactions and operational participation, we may also collect:

• Operational participation records (quests and crusades joined)
• In-game statistics you or your commanders submit (kills, operations led/completed)

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data exclusively for the following purposes:

• To verify your membership and rank within the Order of the Fallen Star.
• To display your profile on the organizational Roster and Player Sheet.
• To track your participation and contributions in guild operations.
• To determine your access level within the Neural Citadel application.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third parties.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely on Base44, a backend-as-a-service platform with industry-standard security practices. Data is accessible only to authorized members of the Order of the Fallen Star leadership team. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Sharing

We do not share your personal data with any third parties except:

• Discord: Your interactions are subject to Discord's own Privacy Policy.
• Base44: Our hosting and database provider, used solely to store and serve application data.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as you are an active member of the Order of the Fallen Star or until you request deletion. If you leave the Discord server, your data may remain on record for historical and statistical purposes unless you request removal.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your personal data.

8. Children's Privacy
